Job Title: Clinical Research Assistant (HS) – Neurological Surgery
Job Description Summary
To provide assistance in support of clinical research studies and assist with the Department of Neurological Surgery biorepository in partnership with the College of Medicine Center for Clinical Research Management (CCRM); assists with implementation and coordination of studies; participates in recruitment of study participants; performs behavioral or diagnostic testing; assists with collection, maintenance and reporting of clinical research data.
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Required
0 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Experience
2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in phlebotomy.
Experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens.
Computer skill required with knowledge of database software applications.
Visa Sponsorship
The university will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Additional Information
This is a patient‑facing position and is required to be onsite.
