Eliot is seeking a passionate and dedicated
Clinical Supervisor
to join Centerboard’s dynamic, community-based Family Resource Center (FRC) in Lynn. In this role, you will provide clinical supervision and direct support to children and families while playing a key part in a vibrant, multicultural program.
As part of a statewide network of Family Resource Centers, this program offers parenting groups, support services, early childhood resources, and community referrals. Our mission is to help families strengthen relationships, build supportive connections, and actively engage in their communities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent clinical and engagement skills, as well as a strong understanding of community-based resources. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with schools, court systems, and other local partners. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with schools and courts to support integration of FRC services
Supervise the Family Partner and School Liaison, ensuring coordinated service delivery
Conduct trauma-informed intakes, screenings, and complete assessments
Oversee development of Family Support Plans and provide ongoing case management and clinical support
Facilitate parenting and community group sessions, prioritizing families with CRA-related concerns
Qualifications
Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
Licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC)
Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, with potential for hybrid flexibility.
Annual Salary
$65,000 USD - $70,000 USD
