Responsibilities
As an LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
Ensure implementation of care plans as directed and administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in assigning duties and supervise the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure the highest practical well-being of patients.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Valid LVN/LPN – Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
