Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role located in Miami, FL. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing health assessments, and developing care plans tailored to patient needs. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families about treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols. This role is instrumental in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our patients.
Qualifications
Clinical expertise in administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and delivering hands-on nursing care
Proficiency in developing and implementing patient care plans
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with healthcare teams and effective communication with patients and families
Knowledge and compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices
Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Florida
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Previous experience in elder care or with Medicare populations is a plus
