MPE Coating Line Operator

Job Responsibilities
3rd shift
Ability to read and interpret simple reference material such as printed instructions and blueprints.
Ability to operate a jib crane, overhead crane, and electric pallet jacks.
Proficient use of measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers and fix gauges where interpretation is required.
Ability to exercise judgment to operate equipment with limitations of standard methods and procedures
Perform duties to set up and operate Coating Line Dept. equipment.
Proficient use of equipment required by job function
Use jib crane or overhead crane to position coil on pay off.
Use of electric pallet jacks to maneuver spools
Work to production orders.
Select proper material for coating based on production schedules.
Check work at prescribed intervals and record data on check sheets
