Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for modifications to care plans
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and growth
Qualifications
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
Prior experience as a Registered Nurse preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
