Shifts: Mon - Fri (40 hours per week & No nights, weekends, or on-call)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate OB/GYN Sonographer (Diagnostic Sonographer (OB/GYN) to join a well-established, three-physician practice in Oswego, NY. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing high-quality prenatal and gynecological ultrasounds while providing excellent patient care. This position offers a stable schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call requirements.
Roles And Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including:
Obstetric (prenatal) ultrasounds
Gynecological ultrasounds
Abdominal ultrasounds as needed
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, including GE Voluson Signature 20 (3D/4D)
Ensure accurate imaging and proper documentation of findings
Collaborate with physicians, certified nurse midwives, and physician assistants to support patient care
Maintain and update patient records using Greenway Prime Chart EMR system
Prepare patients for procedures and explain imaging processes clearly
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times
Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications And Experience
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
Required:
Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience
RDMS certification in OB/GYN
Proficiency in prenatal and gynecological ultrasound imaging
Preferred:
Experience with GE Voluson ultrasound systems
Familiarity with Greenway Prime Chart or similar EMR systems
