Travel team option may be available at a neighboring clinic.
Requirements
Active PT license (Colorado requires a state license; compact PT licenses are not accepted).
Licensed Physical Therapist (PTAs not eligible).
Prior outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates will not be considered.
Residency within 50 miles of the facility preferred.
Date of birth required for consideration.
References required.
