Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based in Bay City, MI. The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and their families, and adhering to hospital policies and best practices to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients.
Qualifications
Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, monitoring vital signs, and understanding medical procedures
Proficiency in administering medications and managing treatment plans
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to educate patients and work with interdisciplinary teams
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient records
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
Current RN license in the state of Michigan
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Prior experience in acute or specialty care settings is preferred
