Job Summary
An outpatient occupational health and urgent care clinic is seeking a locum Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner for a full-time temporary assignment. Physician candidates are preferred. This provider will deliver care for scheduled and walk-in patients in a fast-paced clinic setting, with a focus on work-related injuries, physical exams, and urgent care services.
Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday - Saturday with Rotating Shifts
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Weekend Availability Required)
Start Date: 05/26/2026
End Date: 08/28/2026

Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat work-related injuries
Perform employer-based physicals, including:
Pre-placement exams
DOT physicals
Public safety exams
Surveillance physicals
Evaluate and treat urgent care walk-ins
Perform in-office procedures
Communicate with employers and provide appropriate medical guidance
Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Deliver care that is welcoming, skillful, and respectful
Qualifications
Physician, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner
Board certified or board eligible in primary care or a related field
Ability to practice autonomously
Proficiency with office-based procedures
At least 1 year of office-based procedural experience preferred
Occupational medicine experience highly desired
Urgent care experience preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Comfortable working independently in an outpatient setting
Experienced in both occupational health and urgent care workflows
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Able to manage both scheduled and walk-in patient volume efficiently
