About the Role
Join a clinician-centered multidisciplinary team of counselors, social workers, and psychologists in Georgetown and be part of our growth throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Ellie Georgetown in Washington, DC takes care of staff so they can provide excellent client care. We have immediate, full-time openings for DC licensed counselors (LPC), social workers (LISW, LICSW), and psychologists (LP).

Required Responsibilities
Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week.
Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation including case notes according to company policy.
Provide excellent customer service for clients.
Coordinate services with other providers as needed.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings, including case consultations.
Optional Opportunities
Participate in community activities, such as tabling at events, networking, and community presentations.
Supervise LGSW, LGPC, and psychology associates after demonstrating excellent clinical and interpersonal skills.
Develop and run clinical programs to expand access to high-quality mental health care.
Develop social media content for multiple platforms.
Optionally progress into leadership roles.
Requirements
Master’s or doctorate degree in social work, counseling, and/or psychology.
Licensed mental‑health professional in the District of Columbia, able to practice independently.
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments/intake evaluations, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Strong understanding of LGBTQIA+ affirmation and cultural humility.
Commitment to culturally competent care and lifelong learning.
Experience with clinical care, insurance billing, and DC regulations (ideal).
Ability to speak more than one language is strongly encouraged.
