The Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a general medical-surgical unit. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a team-based environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
Minimum 1-2+ years of RN experience (Med Surg preferred)
Active Oklahoma RN License (Required prior to start)
BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
Strong knowledge of Med Surg nursing practices
Ability to manage multiple patients (ratio 6:1)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in acute care or hospital settings
Experience working with LPNs and nursing aides
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment
Medical Surgical Unit
Onsite role in Elk City, OK
Team-based care with LPNs and aides support

Must be flexible with day

Ability to handle varied patient conditions
