We are seeking a qualified
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide essential rehab care to residents in a skilled and long-term care facility.
The SLP will assess patients' medical conditions and functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients and families about care strategies. The role requires compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of experience
Valid SLP license for Massachusetts
Graduation from an accredited Speech Therapy program
Empathetic and caring personality
Experience with EMR documentation (e.g., Rehab Optima) is a plus
