Job Summary & Qualifications
We are seeking a Mother‑Baby Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality, efficient care for mother and baby patients at HCA HealthONE Rose. The role involves coordinating all nursing care based on clinical nursing practice standards, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving performance improvement to achieve desired patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Offer high‑quality OB care and NICU programs.
Direct and coordinate all nursing care for mother and baby patients.
Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes.
Contribute to quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) – Health Care provider, ACLS and NRP certification.
Experience in women’s health or mother‑baby care preferred.
