Responsibilities
Under the direction of the director, utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Florida Registered Nurse License
BLS
ACLS
NIH Stroke Scale
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required
At least 2 years of experience in a PCU or higher acuity strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills.
Should attend hospital training programs including: New Manager/Supervisor orientation and Leadership Development courses
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
