Interventional Radiologist – Scottsdale, AZ

Join RP SMIL, a well-established, multi-specialty radiology practice in Scottsdale, AZ. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiologist who will primarily provide interventional procedures and engage in our partnership track.
Responsibilities
Strong procedural skills in a wide range of interventional procedures, including bleeding management, atherectomy, kyphoplasty, and more.
Majority of work in IR (minimum 80%).
Use of a locally managed AI-enabled IT platform with 24x7 support and a dedicated communications team, including Radiologist Support Coordinators.
Utilize PowerScribe, InteleRad, and Epic for efficient, connected workflow across reporting, imaging, and clinical systems.
No responsibility for mammography, nuclear medicine, or musculoskeletal imaging.
Shift assignment, call responsibilities, and vacation allotments are shared equally.
Opportunity for partnership track and additional shareholder role with SMIL outpatient imaging centers.
Base salary plus productivity bonuses, with comprehensive benefits.

Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
Interventional Radiology fellowship or integrated IR residency required.
Competitive salary and benefits, with flexible compensation options.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $500,000–$600,000 (variable based on education, experience, certifications, and location). Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Additional benefits include health and wellness coverage, 401(k), family planning, telehealth, and other comprehensive benefits (subject to eligibility).
