
Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a student-centered, cooperative therapeutic school in Vermont, serving students aged 5-22 with complex challenges.
Responsibilities
Consulting on IEPs and developing speech, language, and literacy goals
Providing direct instruction in social communication, self-advocacy, reading, and writing
Supervising SLPAs and support staff
Managing a small caseload within a collaborative team
Qualifications
Master’s degree in communication sciences & disorders
ASHA certification, VT license preferred
Experience with students with significant challenges
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary between $70,000-$80,000 with a total package of $84,868-$95,412
