Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate Therapists to support families at risk of separation or reunification through our expanding Intensive Family Preservation and Reunification programs.
Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and assessments in family homes and via Telehealth.
Develop tailored service plans to promote family stability and reunification.
Collaborate with social workers, case managers, and community providers.
Maintain accurate documentation and track progress.
Work with families experiencing high‑stress situations, utilizing skills in crisis intervention and motivational interviewing.
Qualifications
Qualifications include an active license or internship in counseling or social work, experience with child welfare or behavioral health, and reliable transportation for travel between Lincoln and Omaha.
