Role Description
This is a part‑time hybrid role for a Nurse Practitioner based in Fort Myers, FL. The Nurse Practitioner will provide patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining patient documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. While patient care will primarily occur on‑site, some administrative and telehealth responsibilities can be completed remotely. Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in patient care, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning

Experience or exposure to pain management, headache diagnosis, and non‑surgical intervention strategies

Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tools, including imaging and lab results

Competence in maintaining comprehensive patient documentation and electronic medical records

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients and healthcare staff

Active Nurse Practitioner license and board certification required

Ability to work effectively in both on‑site and remote settings

Previous experience in pain management or neurology is preferred

CPR and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
