Overview
Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel RN Labor and Delivery nurse for a 13‑week assignment in Durango, Colorado. We offer a 12‑hour night shift schedule, 36 hours per week with a start date of 18 May 2026.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care for women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages.
Coach laboring women, monitor maternal and fetal vitals, administer medications, and manage potential complications.
Assist in cesarean sections as needed.
Offer education and guidance to new mothers regarding recovery and infant care.
Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in Labor and Delivery.
Active RN license.
