Covenant Health is seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join a well-established, community-based cancer program serving a large regional population. This position is designed for long-term sustainability with strong clinical support and flexibility in how physicians structure their practice. Practice Highlights
* Flexible practice model : solid tumor, hematology, or combined (physician preference)
* Community-based oncology with multidisciplinary collaboration
* Large regional catchment driving consistent patient demand
* Focus on growth and future succession planning-not turnover
Support & Infrastructure
* Dedicated APP support in place to assist with clinic and inpatient consults
* Robust infusion services within the cancer center
* In-house radiation oncology and ancillary oncology services
* Multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborative care model
* Epic EMR across clinic and hospital settings
Schedule & Work Structure
* Clinic-focused schedule designed for balance and sustainability
* Shared call structure supported by APPs and hospitalists
* Emphasis on allowing physicians to focus on patient care, not administrative burden
Compensation & Benefits
