*Education & Experience Requirements*
*Required Qualifications*
* A minimum of *12 core semester units* in Early Childhood Education/Child Development
* At least *6 months of experience* in a licensed childcare center or comparable group childcare program
*Alternative Pathways*
* Completion of *6 semester units in Early Childhood Education*, with enrollment in at least *2 additional semester units* until fully qualified
* Or possession of a *Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate*

* *Reports To:* WINGS Director / Site Director
* *Classification:* Full-Time, Non-Exempt
* *Start Date:* ASAP
*Preferred Experience*
* Two years of instructional experience in an early childhood setting
*Required Clearances & Certifications*
* Criminal background fingerprint clearance required
* Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certification (within 2 years)
* Physical exam and Tuberculosis clearance
* Required vaccinations: TDAP, MMR, Influenza (or approved waiver)
* Valid California Drivers License or ID and insurability
