Senior Accountant
who wants real ownership, visibility, and impact — not just routine accounting work.
This is a
high-accountability, in-office role
within a
small office environment, who are execution-focused as a team .

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Core Accounting Ownership
Own full-cycle
AP / AR processes
Maintain
bank reconciliations and cash reporting
Prepare
journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Ensure
accuracy across the general ledger
2. Close & Financial Reporting
Lead
month-end and year-end close
Maintain
balance sheet integrity and GAAP compliance
Support
financial reporting for leadership
3. Financial Analysis & Insights
Perform
variance analysis and scenario modeling
Provide
insights that drive decision-making
Assist with
budgeting and forecasting
4. Multi-Entity & Project Accounting
Handle
intercompany reconciliations and equity tracking
Work across a
complex, multi-entity structure
Support
development project accounting and cash flow tracking
5. Systems & Process Improvement
Help
digitize and streamline accounting workflows
Work within
NetSuite
QuickBooks Online + Microsoft 365
Identify and implement
efficiency improvements
Who This Role Is For
6–8 years of
recent
accounting experience (Staff → Senior level)
Strong understanding of
GAAP
Comfortable in a
small, fast-paced office
Able to
own work without heavy oversight
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Multi-entity or real estate accounting (preferred)
Fluency QuickBooks Online or NetSuite
Advanced Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
