Responsibilities
Lead daily operations for mover/driver teams, including dispatching, scheduling, and readiness meetings
Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand through safe, professional, and customer-focused execution
Hire, train, coach, and develop movers and drivers, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards
Oversee safety, DOT compliance, and quality control through regular inspections, audits, and spot checks
Manage fleet readiness, including maintenance coordination, inspections, and equipment inventory
Address customer concerns and support the claims resolution process as needed
Serve as an on-call contact outside normal business hours and step into mover/driver duties when required
Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen operational and system knowledge
Requirements
1+ year of management, operations, or relevant business experience; moving industry experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapo changing priorities
Working knowledge of safety practices and DOT compliance; basic mechanical aptitude preferred
Customer-service mindset aligned with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® core values
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting and carrying household goods when necessary
