Manufacturing - Warehouse Sanitation Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Full-Time | 3:30pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Sanitation Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift team and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and coach 2nd shift sanitation staff to ensure operational success
Verify and improve sanitation effectiveness, including SSOP updates and schedule adjustments
Maintain daily sanitation reports and perform monthly inventory of sanitation supplies
Conduct equipment inspections and perform ATP, AllerSnap, and Gluten ToxPro tests as needed
Ensure compliance with BRC, GFSI, HACCP, SQF, and other food safety standards
Prepare and assist with audits, maintaining "inspection-ready" status
Oversee building closure, visitor compliance, and daily safety walkthroughs
Promote safety programs, conduct LOTO procedures, and train staff on compliance
Communicate schedules and expectations with other departments
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Chemistry, or related field
2-5 years of experience in sanitation supervision or food manufacturing
Knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS, AIB, SQF standards preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Computer literacy and experience with environmental testing and chemical handling
Salary:
$65,000-$72,000/year
