Civil Litigation Associate

Todd & Weld LLP seeks an associate to join its civil litigation group. Candidates should desire to develop an active trial practice and be eager to take responsibility for a varied caseload with significant client contact.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on complex commercial litigation preferred
Excellent writing, research, and interpersonal skills
Outstanding academic credentials
Experience practicing in Massachusetts state and federal courts
Desire to develop an active trial practice and manage a diverse caseload with substantial client interaction
Admission to practice in Massachusetts
Target salary for this position is commensurate with relevant experience: $146,000 - $164,000.
