Job Title: Warehouse Clerk Job Location: Mendota Heights, MN, 55120 Job Duration: 5 Months+ (Possible Extension) Shift timings : 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri) Pay Rate- $19- $20/hr on W2 Job Summary: Responsible for conducting medical management and health education programs for customers on government health care programs. Other responsibilities include gathering, analysing, and providing data for regulatory reports. This position will represent the company to members. Position Summary Responsible for maintaining the warehouse and equipment. Supports delivery and pick-up of patient medications, supplies, and equipment. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Gathers supplies/equipment for patient orders for shipment/delivery. Coordinates equipment tracking procedures. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. The primary responsibilities of a Warehouse Clerk include ensuring proper rotation and maintenance of inventory, backing up purchasing coordinator and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Liaison between the patient and others encountered within the Product of the job. Gather supplies/equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment/delivery. Responsibility for all shipments via UPS, Federal Express, and couriers. Inventory control including purchasing, receiving, stocking and record keeping. Duties: Experience working in a medical warehouse or other healthcare setting. Responsible for maintaining the warehouse and equipment. Supports delivery and pick-up of patient medications, supplies, and equipment. Responsible for procuring supplies and equipment in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Gathers supplies/equipment for patient orders for shipment/delivery. Coordinates equipment tracking procedures. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience: 1 to 3 years prior relevant work experience. Required Qualifications Detailed oriented Effective verbal and written communication Time management Service orientation and customer service attitude Able to work from 10am-6:30pm Monday-Friday, plus monthly weekend on-call rotation. Education: Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
