Truist - - Responsibilities: Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned.; Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance service experience.; Support team sales process by participating in client outreach through outbound calls and identifying client needs.; Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients' needs.; Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling proportionate branch workload.
