Lynn Gartner Dunne Frigenti & Renke, LLP, a boutique litigation firm based in Melville, NY, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Associate to join our growing team.
We are a dynamic, client-focused law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in complex civil litigation. Our practice spans a range of areas including commercial litigation, real estate disputes, employment matters, and general liability defense. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality legal work in a collaborative and professional environment.
The ideal candidate will have 25 years of litigation experience and a strong foundation in New York civil practice. This role offers hands-on experience in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, appearing in court, and participating in depositions and trials.
Qualifications:
Admitted to practice in New York (required)
25 years of litigation experience
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Experience with motion practice and court appearances
Ability to manage multiple matters independently
Excellent communication and organizational skills
