Position Summary
Reporting to the Parking Manager, the
Parking Supervisor
will manage day-to-day event parking, transportation at Venue, Iowa State University.

This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00
This position will remain open until May 29, 2026.
Responsibilities
Maintain core values while working on property.
Inspect parking lots several times throughout day.
Ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests.
Assist manager with event day operations of parking lots and traffic flow.
Assist Manager with traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOC monitoring real-time parking data.
Assist Manager with enforcement of employee parking program.
Ensure event day checklists are followed & completed for entirety of event.
Ensure campus is set up and lots are ready for event.
Report traffic incidents in lots to manager.
Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operations.
Perform inventory management.
Assist Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquires and investigate complaints/concerns.
Assisting with the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent.
Must have one (1) year previous experience.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Core customer communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, early mornings and late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.
Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to legally operate vehicles.
