
Move-In Coordinator

We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Office and Move-In Coordinator!
The ideal candidate will coordinate the move in process, managing both large and small details to ensure a warm and seamless welcome for our residents. By creating a smooth transition, this individual helps residents feel comfortable, happy and ready to thrive in their new home!
This position includes communicating regularly with prospective residents and their family members, as well as moving companies, maintenance staff, housekeeping and interior designers and organizers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for each move, managing the entire process from start to finish working closely with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth and positive transition.
This position operates on a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
What you will need to be considered for this position:
2 + years in a move in coordination role
Sales background a plus
Highly organized
Excellent people skills
Great communicator
Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
