Advanced SQL and performance tuning experience MySQL Oracle Experience with operational best practices: backup/restore validation, patch planning, monitoring/alerting, incident response, and runbooks. Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and security with clear, structured communication. Nice to Have Skills: Exadata experience Data Guard experience (HA/DR, role transitions, validation of primary/standby states). GoldenGate experience (replication design/operations).
