We are hiring Movers and Drivers to join our team at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in Birmingham, AL. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading items from our moving trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Being a mover/driver is fun and fulfilling for those who enjoy physical activity, problem-solving, and interacting with new people.

Starting Pay: $17 - $22 / hour + tips and WEEKLY PAY

* Problem Solving: Every move is unique and can present new challenges. As a mover, you'll have the opportunity to use your problem-solving skills to figure out the best way to move items, navigate tight spaces, and work around obstacles.

* Variety: No two moves are the same. As a mover, you'll be moving a variety of items, from furniture to appliances to personal belongings. This variety can make the job more interesting and engaging.

* Sense of Accomplishment: At the end of each successful move, you'll have a sense of accomplishment and pride in a job well done. You'll be helping customers transition to their new homes or businesses, which is a rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Load and unload items from our moving trucks, ensuring that they are properly secured and transported safely.

* Work with our team of movers to move furniture, boxes, and other household items, both within homes and businesses.

* Provide friendly and professional customer service to our clients, answering questions and addressing concerns as needed.

* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and successful move.

* Use your problem-solving skills to navigate tight spaces, tricky corners, and other challenges that may arise during the move.

* Ensure that all necessary equipment, such as dollies and moving blankets, are used properly.

* Maintain a positive, can-do attitude.

Requirements:

* A willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends

* The ability to lift 100 pounds

* The ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs

* A friendly personality with customer service skills

* The ability to work effectively in a team environment

* A commitment to safety and professionalism
