Minimum Requirements: Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification with Advanced MRI Registry (MR) required or must be obtained within one year of hire. One year of experience in an MRI department in a hospital setting required. Previous experience operating GE MRI systems required. Experience with closed 1.5T GE magnets and routine MRI protocols. Experience performing IV starts and administering MRI contrast agents. Familiarity with Epic EHR, GE Change PACS, and routine troubleshooting of MRI equipment preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred upon hire and required prior to direct patient care. Ability to work in a clinical environment with multiple MRI locations and support workflow across hospital and outpatient imaging centers. Scheduled Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (W 6:30 AM–5:00 PM; TH 6:30 AM–5:00 PM; F 6:30 AM–5:00 PM). On-call/Call Coverage: Wednesday call 7:00 PM–7:00 AM; designated weekend call coverage for specific dates noted for Saturday 7:00 AM–Sunday 7:00 PM. Unit Details: Two MRI locations supported (hospital and outpatient center). Average daily caseload approximately 22 exams. Location Highlights Springfield, OH offers a mix of outdoor recreation and local cultural attractions within short drives. The city is approximately 25 miles west of Dayton and 45 miles northeast of Cincinnati, providing access to metropolitan amenities.
