Benefits:
* Salary: $230,000 - $250,000 based on experience
* RVU Bonuses

About this Role: Family Medicine Physician
* Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia. 20 mins from the Virginia Border!
* Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC, or Baltimore!
* Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
* Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 5:00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months )
* Patients per day: 14-16
* Follow all departmental policies and procedures
* Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
* Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
* On call: 1:10 ratio. Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
* Team Size: 3 MD's & 13 APP's
Background Desired: Family Medicine Physician
* Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine
* Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
* H1B Visa If needed
