Position Summary
The
Move-In Coordinator
is responsible for managing the
end-to-end move-in process , ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new residents and their families. This role works under the direction of the Sales & Marketing Director and collaborates cross-functionally to support
timely move-ins, occupancy goals, and resident satisfaction .
This position requires strong
organization, communication, and follow-through , along with the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the resident move-in process from reservation to move-in day
Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming residents and families
Partner with Sales to ensure
timely conversion from deposit to move-in
Collaborate with Clinical, Maintenance, Dining, and Life Enrichment teams to ensure apartment readiness and service alignment
Track and manage move-in timelines, documentation, and compliance requirements
Ensure all pre-admission paperwork and assessments are completed accurately and on time
Conduct move-in orientations and welcome experiences
Identify and remove barriers that may delay move-ins
Maintain strong communication with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
Support occupancy goals through proactive coordination and urgency
What We're Looking For
Prior experience in
senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service coordination
preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
High level of professionalism, empathy, and customer service
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
