Position: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Franklin, WI
Rate: $120K-125K
Job Description:
Strong hands-on experience in
Java (Java 8+)
Expertise in
Spring Boot , RESTful services, and Microservices architecture
Solid experience with
Drools Rule Engine
(business rules, decision tables, rule flows)
Frontend development using
Angular / React / JavaScript / HTML / CSS
Experience with
REST APIs , JSON, and API integration
Secondary / Supporting Skills
Database experience with
Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL
Working knowledge of
Hibernate/JPA
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
and build tools (Maven/Gradle)
Familiarity with
Git , Jira, and Agile/Scrum practices
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure) is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain
full-stack applications
using Java and Spring Boot
Implement and manage
business rules using Drools
Develop scalable and secure
RESTful microservices
Collaborate with UI, backend, and QA teams for end-to-end delivery
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
Support production issues and deliver fixes within SLA
Good to Have
Banking/Insurance domain exposure
Knowledge of DevOps tools and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
