~$70,000 - $85,000 (potential for more) per year + per diem and travel expenses

Our client is a growing company experiencing strong year-over-year growth, with significant expansion already achieved this year. We are currently seeking a motivated
Field Service Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment.
We are meeting a strong industry need for professional on-site service, excellent communication, and reliable project management. While we currently specialize in conveyor systems, we are rapidly expanding into robotics and broader automation services to deliver even better customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and start up new conveyor and automation systems at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues on-site.
Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades, and emergency repairs.
Train customer teams on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Travel to customer sites across the region to provide exceptional service.
Note:
This is a
100% travel role
with visits to client sites.
What We're Looking For
Mechanical and electrical aptitude is helpful, but most technical skills can be trained and supported on the job.
Excellent communication and people skills
- you will interact regularly with all levels inside client organizations.
A curious, troubleshooting mindset with a genuine desire to learn and master the industry.
An entrepreneurial spirit and "take ownership" attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in industrial environments.
