Hardscape / Landscape Laborer
Pay:

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable
Hardscape / Landscape Laborer
to assist with residential and commercial outdoor construction and landscaping projects. This hands-on role involves working with a variety of tools and equipment to support hardscape installation, grading, and general site preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, pick axes, and post hole diggers
Operate power tools and equipment including compactors, jumping jacks, blowers, and power brooms
Load, carry, and operate wheelbarrows safely and efficiently
Move and distribute materials by hand when necessary
Properly store and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each workday
Assist with site preparation and hardscape installation tasks
Understand and work with different aggregate materials such as crusher run gravel, screenings/AG lime, and 3/4 clear stone
Qualifications
Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in various weather conditions
Familiarity with or willingness to learn landscaping and hardscape tools
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable and safety-conscious
