We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Associate to handle the accurate and timely packing and loading of outbound FedEx and UPS orders. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment via FedEx, UPS, or other carriers.
Verify product quantities, SKUs, and packaging instructions for accuracy.
Print and affix shipping labels using FedEx/UPS systems or software.
Load outgoing packages onto appropriate shipping trucks or designated staging areas.
Monitor daily shipping schedule and ensure all orders are packed and shipped on time.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Report any discrepancies, damages, or delays to the plant management.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, or similar systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
Good communication and basic computer skills.
