Monday - Friday: one day off during work week
Saturdays Required
Compensation

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour

(based on experience)
Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome all showroom guests in a friendly, professional manner
Determine customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department (Sales, Service, Parts)
Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently (multi-line system)
Input and maintain accurate customer information in dealership systems (CDK experience a plus)
Provide basic dealership information and assist with customer inquiries
Support sales and service teams with administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
Assist with vehicle inventory stocking in CDK
Create and manage vehicle key tags and key control
Qualifications

Prior

receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience

preferred
Automotive dealership experience is a plus (but not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Basic computer skills;

CDK experience is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
