This Academic Cardiac Electrophysiology position offers the opportunity to help shape a growing EP program within an established cardiology department. In Springfield, you will step into a role where electrophysiology is a strategic priority, not an add-on service. Practice Overview

Collaborative cardiology team including 4 general cardiologists, 5 interventional cardiologists, and an expanding EP service
Supported by 4 Nurse Practitioners, including one with dedicated EP expertise
Comprehensive EP scope with emphasis on atrial fibrillation management and device procedures
Structured academic time for teaching, research, and program development
Opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the electrophysiology service line
Schedule

Up to 2 full EP lab days weekly
3 to 4 half-day clinic sessions
Approximately even split between lab and clinic responsibilities
No formal call schedule, supporting predictable personal time

Candidate Profile

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology
