Practice Setting and Clinical Scope
This role encompasses both inpatient and outpatient cardiology services, allowing you to provide evaluation and management, interpretation of EKGs, Echocardiography, Cardiac Nuclear Imaging, and more. You will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive care through procedures such as stress Echocardiography, Cardioversion, and Trans-Esophageal Echocardiography (TEE). Additionally, the role includes collaborating with other medical specialties to ensure the highest standards of care.
With an average patient volume of 10 to 15 per day, supported by NP/PA staff, you will have the opportunity to practice medicine in an integrated and well-supported setting, making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Schedule and Assignment Details
The position offers a predictable and balanced work schedule, featuring a clinic rotation from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with shared call responsibilities. The call schedule includes an Echo rotation which involves weekend reading duties, ensuring a manageable work-life balance while maintaining continuity of care.

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Cardiology (Non-Invasive).
Fellowship-trained in Cardiology.
Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain one.
Nuclear and Echo Certification is highly preferred.
Clean malpractice history and active NPDB self-query report required.
DEA certification (to be obtained prior to starting).
Preference for candidates with ties to Oregon, such as family in the area or previous residency.
