What you will enjoy doing*

You will assist customer service representatives to help facilitate a sound customer service experience
Additionally, you will file, mail, and pull paperwork to assist with audits
You will use Oracle or other business software systems to assist Customer Service Reps, as well as be responsible for uploading electronic record keeping accordingly
Further, you will finalize all paperwork after order is complete by tracking shipments to confirm and obtain proof of delivery
You will identify quality issues or other customer problems and inform responsible representative
You will generate reports and use spreadsheets to support the product flow team when necessary
Also, you will support Product Flow Manager and materials coordinator with Kanban system administration
What makes you great

You have a High School Diploma with 3+ years of customer services related experience, although associates degree preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience working in Microsoft 365 programs with moderate to advanced proficiency
In addition, you have strong proficiency in math, writing, spelling and vocabulary
Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
