What You'll Be DoingYou'll support the technology needs of our corporate office and job sites, ensuring employees have reliable tools, responsive support, and secure IT systems to perform at their best.
Set up and perform daily checks and maintenance of conference room computers, displays, and audio/visual equipment to ensure meeting spaces are ready for use.
Provide help desk support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and audio/visual equipment.
Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and walk-up requests in a timely and professional manner using the Zendesk ticketing system.
Deliver remote and in-person technical support, ensuring remote tools are properly installed and functioning.
Troubleshoot printing issues, including PaperCut support.
Communicate status updates and resolution details to users and leadership via email, voicemail, or in person.
Identify hardware and software solutions to meet user requirements.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on operating systems, applications, and firmware.
Maintain and service laptops and workstations.
Install and configure hardware and peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and printers.
Provide advanced troubleshooting support in both Mac and PC environments.
Support Microsoft Office, Active Directory, antivirus/endpoint protection, and cloud-based phone systems (8x8 preferred).
Maintain and troubleshoot network-connected devices at the corporate office and job sites.
Support wired and wireless networks and recommend upgrades as needed.
Set up and maintain IT services for remote job sites, including VPN hardware when required.
Coordinate installation of internet services for job sites (Comcast, Spectrum, Starlink) in collaboration with the IT Manager.
Support and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
Participate in IT projects including system deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
Prepare and configure laptops and iPhones for new employees.
Maintain a schedule for job site visits and new-hire check-ins.
Assist with Lunch & Learn training sessions as needed.
Track inventory of IT equipment and supplies and order equipment as necessary.
Assist with vendor coordination and backup management.
Ensure battery backup systems are operational and properly maintained.
Assist with managing software updates across all company laptops and devices.
Research and procure computer accessories and IT supplies as needed.
Meet daily with IT Management to review tasks, address challenges, and identify additional concerns.
Document support tasks, resolutions, and system configurations accurately in the IT knowledge base.
What You Need to BringRequired
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of relevant IT support experience.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Acronis, and SentinelOne.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
Experience supporting both corporate office and active job-site environments.
Experience with Procore, Sage, Bamboo, DATTO, NinjaOne, Concur, SharePoint, and Bluebeam.
