About the Role As a
Dog Bather (SCENT Tech) , you'll deliver hands-on hygiene and wellness services that keep dogs clean, healthy, and comfortable. This role is focused on safe dog handling, consistency, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with your team to ensure every dog receives high-quality care while maintaining a clean, organized, and stress-free environment.
What You'll Do
Perform bathing and hygiene services including blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trimming/grinding, teeth brushing, and gland expression
Follow Scenthound processes to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Complete S.C.E.N.T. Checks and record health indicators
Prepare dogs for grooming and additional services
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work as part of a team to complete services efficiently and on schedule
What We're Looking For
Comfortable working hands-on with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Reliable, coachable, and open to feedback
Calm, patient, and safety-focused
Able to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
