Project Management and ITSM Resource (Mid-Level - Systems Administrator classification under Agreement)
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience in IT project coordination and project tracking
Experience in contract administration
Experience monitoring contracts and purchase orders (POs)
Experience processing vendor invoices
Familiarity with procurement processes
Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks
Hands-on experience with FreshService ITSM platform
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Certifications (Preferred but Strongly Desired)
ITIL Certification
PMP Certification
Relevant educational background in IT, Business, or related field
Work Responsibilities
Track IT projects and maintain project documentation
Coordinate project milestones
Monitor contracts and POs for compliance
Process vendor invoices
Prepare purchase requisitions
Assist with vendor onboarding
Support procurement initiatives
Improve ITSM workflows
Optimize usage of FreshService platform
Deliverables
The candidate must be able to provide :
Weekly status reports (contracts, POs, invoicing, project updates)
Updated ITSM workflows and documentation
FreshService optimization recommendations
Project tracking dashboards and documentation
Notes :
Schedule :
o 7.5 hours per day
o 2 days per week
o 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM CST (1-hour break)
o No weekends or holidays
