About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated
Data & AI Specialist
to design, build, and deploy data-driven and AI-powered solutions that enable smarter business decisions. This role combines
data engineering, advanced analytics, and machine learning
to create scalable, intelligent systems that deliver measurable impact.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to transform complex datasets into actionable insights and production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain
reliable, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
to support analytics and AI initiatives.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy
machine learning and AI models
for predictive and prescriptive use cases.
• Perform
exploratory data analysis
on large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization and automation .
• Implement
data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation
techniques to ensure high-quality model performance.
• Monitor deployed models, assess performance metrics, and
retrain or refine models
to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure
data quality, integrity, compliance, and governance
across all data systems and workflows.
• Clearly
communicate analytical findings and model results
to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with
emerging trends, tools, and best practices
in data engineering, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Minimum Qualifications
•
Experience in data analysis
, including working with structured and unstructured datasets.
•
Experience in quality analysis
, validation, and data accuracy assessment.
•
Strong software and programming skills
, with experience in building data-driven applications or pipelines.
•
Experience in trend analysis
, forecasting, or pattern identification using data.
• Familiarity with
machine learning concepts , model evaluation techniques, and AI lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with
cloud-based data platforms
and scalable data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with
machine learning frameworks
and analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate
business problems into analytical or AI solutions .
