North Point Technology is hiring a Data Integration Lead to support our INSCOM Data Capabilities Division team. This role is ideal for a data-focused engineer who builds and manages pipelines that ensure intelligence data is accessible, reliable, and mission-ready.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage data ingestion pipelines across intelligence systems
Normalize and structure data for downstream analysis and dissemination
Support ETL processes and data transformation in classified environments
Ensure data integrity, availability, and security across systems
Work with analysts and engineers to ensure data usability
Identify gaps in data flow and improve integration performance
Support system-to-system data exchange across multiple platforms
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
7+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or mission systems
Experience building or maintaining data pipelines in DoD or IC environments
Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data
Experience working in SCIF environments supporting mission operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army data systems
Experience with SQL, data transformation tools, or ETL frameworks
Familiarity with intelligence data feeds or sensor data
Experience supporting large-scale or distributed data environments
