IT Transformation Program Manager

The IT Transformation Program Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating digital transformation initiatives across the organization to modernize legacy systems, implement new technology solutions, and improve operational efficiency. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to plan and execute enterprise technology projects that support the company's long-term digital strategy and operational growth.

The position plays a critical role in bridging business and technology by managing project execution, gathering requirements, coordinating system implementations, and ensuring the successful delivery of modernization initiatives, including enterprise applications, infrastructure improvements, and process automation efforts.

Supporting the Director of Digital Technology, the Program Manager executes a multi-year digital transformation roadmap while ensuring alignment with the parent company's global IT strategy and governance standards.

Essential Job Functions

Digital Transformation & Project Leadership: Leads enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and IT projects in alignment with the five-year modernization roadmap. Develops and maintains project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while tracking milestones and risks for executive stakeholders. Establishes project governance structures and ensures all initiatives comply with the parent company's global IT standards.
System Implementation & Modernization: Directs the implementation of new enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, Digital Platforms) and the modernization of legacy applications. Manages deployment planning, rigorous testing, and documentation to ensure seamless operational transitions.
Stakeholder Alignment & Analysis: Partners with business units to gather technical requirements and conduct process analysis for automation opportunities. Facilitates workshops and design sessions to ensure technology solutions meet specific operational and strategic objectives.Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinates RFP processes and vendor evaluations to secure high-quality implementation partners. Manages vendor deliverables and timelines, ensuring external consultants meet project quality standards and contract obligations.
Change Management & Adoption: Leads change management efforts, including communication plans and user training, to drive system adoption. Coordinates the development of training materials and works with business teams to ensure long-term operational success.
Experience/ Training/ Education

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Economics, or related field
Project management or Agile certification preferred (Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent)
7 years of experience in IT project management, business analysis, or digital transformation.
Experience leading enterprise technology projects.
Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
Experience with system implementations and process improvement initiatives.
Experience managing vendors and technology partners.
Experience in enterprise environments preferred.

Working Conditions:

Works in offices close to those of top management. Generally, work forty hours per week; however, some work shifts or extended hours during busy periods. When schedules change and problems arise, working under pressure is unavoidable, but deadlines and goals must still be met. Due to system maintenance or IT-related support, you may be required to be on-call on an irregular work schedule, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and holidays.
